At Vintage Flower, we provide flexible and affordable solutions for Gold Coast flower deliveries. We offer delivery for premium arrangements, beautiful bouquets, and thoughtful gifts.

Our delivery policies are as follows:

  • Flower Deliveries 6 Days a Week (Not Sundays or Public Holidays)
  • Delivery Anywhere on the Gold Coast for $10
  • Same Day Delivery (Orders Placed By 12pm Weekdays & 10am Sat)
  • Delivery Options for Areas Outside Gold Coast via Interflora
  • Collection and Redelivery Options When Recipient Isn’t Home

Gobal delivery details

If you need flowers delivered further away, we are a long standing member of Interflora, so we can get your delivery pretty much anywhere on the globe!

Deliveries outside the Gold Coast region – please call us on (07) 55 962699 and one of our experienced staff will be happy to help organise this for you.

Recipient not home? Our professional couriers will use their discretion and will leave the flowers in a safe spot, in water and out of the elements, or return them to our shop. A card will be left in the letterbox detailing where the flowers have been left, or with our phone number, in which case we can organise redelivery or collection.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made on the date requested, provide the ordered is placed within the specified time frame, and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times but only funeral deliveries can be guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. If the recipient is in Hospital please include ward and room details, and ensure they have not been discharged before the delivery is made. Failure to meet these requests may incur an extra delivery fee if the item has to be collected and/or resent.

INTERSTATE AND OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

The products and prices shown are for items for delivery within the Gold Coast region only. For sending to other Queensland areas, interstate or overseas your order will be processed through Interflora so please contact us via telephone on (07) 55962699.

SEASONAL CHANGES

Some flowers pictured are available only at certain times of the year, therefore may not always be around at the time you order. We will always do our best to ensure you get exactly what you choose but when something is no longer in season or out of stock we will substitute with another flower type of equal beauty and value.

THREE DAY RETURN POLICY

On average, the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, we will be happy to resend new flowers. We reserve the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. We require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to us within 3 days of delivery.

To assist in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are not available.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. An administrative fee of $10 will be deducted and your refund will be processed via the same means in which you paid (ie credit card).

FLOWER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Care instructions must be followed in order to increase the life and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging the life of cut flowers (bouquets), we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. A sachet of flower preservative is included with every bouquet we send. If your order is an arrangement (with flowers placed in floral foam), the water level must be topped up daily and the foam not allowed to dry out at any time. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may have an adverse affect on the flowers, so please ensure they are stored somewhere where the climate is at a consistent temperature.
